The Holiday  Resort in Tylawa takes the area of 4.75 hectares and is on the Krosno Glassworks perpetual usufruct. It is surrounded by 22 brick houses with a flat, wood roofing, 5 houses of "Brda"-type made from wood as well as an administrative-economic-catering building complex. All the buildings are equipped with wiring, water and sanitary system.
